Our sleep therapy is designed for people suffering from stress, lack of sleep or insomnia, helping to provide good quality sleep. This technique works by stimulating the three most important sensory pathways in the body: the sense of smell, using a blend of cedarwood and sweet orange essential oils to calm the mind; tactile, use a soft brush to gently press on the skin and activate receptors to help the body reduce stress; and auditory, using private music to encourage rest.
